Partner and co-founder of Vectis Capital Solutions (former Alps Capital). Served as Managing Director and Head of Brazilian Global Markets Sales at Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. since June 2004, nominated Deutsche Bank Brazil CEO in 2006. During 2008 to 2013, he served as Executive Director responsible for Fixed Income Division at Banco Itaú BBA S.A. In 2014 he joined Banco Pine S.A. as Member of Executive Management. Prior Deutsche Bank, Mr. Aoude served as Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, where he managed its Brazil sales desk. He is also a Board Member at Gera Venture Capital. Mr. Aoude holds a Degree in Economics from the PUC – Rio de Janeiro.
Member of the Board of Directors and Investment Committee of Vectis Capital Solutions (former Alps Capital). Mr. Lemann was also Chairman and co-founder of Pollux Capital (Equity Asset Management). In 1998, he founded and was the investment manager of the Synergy Fund based in New York with AUM of over US$1.5 billion. Mr. Lemann is a member of the Board of AB INBEV, Lojas Americanas, AMBEV, Lemann Foundation and of the international board of Lone Pine Capital. He holds a degree in Economics from Candido Mendes University of Rio de Janeiro.
Member of the Board of Directors and Investment Committee of Vectis Capital Solutions (former Alps Capital). Mr. Campos is also co-founder of Pollux Capital where he is responsible for investor relations, operations, compliance and administration. Prior to that he was a Senior Executive at Accenture where he worked for 15 years. At Accenture, he led the Risk Management / Loss Prevention Service Line within Latin America for the Utilities and Mining sectors. The main focus of his consulting activities was on strategy analysis, process and organization design. He holds an Electrical Engineering degree (telecommunications) from PUC-RJ, a graduate marketing degree from ESPM, and an MBA in Finance from IBMEC.
Member of the Board of Directors and Investment Committee of Vectis Capital Solutions (former Alps Capital). Mr. O’Grady is a Partner and CEO of Vitreo; positions he formerly held at Pollux Capital. Mr. O’Grady was a partner and board member of XP Investimentos and CEO of XP Gestao from 2012 to 2015. Previously, he was a partner of Pollux Capital in charge of Investments in global assets. He started his career at Banco Pactual, where he worked for 15 years - the last 8 of them as a partner in charge of equity investments of Pactual Asset. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics at UFRJ, has an Executive MBA in Financas from IBMEC and is a CFA charterholder.
Partner and co-founder of Vectis Capital Solutions (former Alps Capital). Mr. Boaventura has 20 years of work experience in Brazilian financial markets. He was senior vice-president in charge of structured products at the Fixed Income Division at Itaú BBA until 2015. Prior to that, he was responsible for originating and structuring local and International DCM transactions, having delivered more than 200 public offerings and private placement deals. He also has 10 years of experience in ultra large corporate division covering sectors including automotive, auto-parts, food processing, real estate, retail, mining and steel and infrastructure. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from POLI-USP, an Executive MBA from IBMEC and an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School.
Prior to joining Vectis Capital Solutions (former Alps Capital) as partner, Mr. Catelli was partner of Pollux where he worked from 2011 to 2016 in both Private and Public Equities operations. He joined the Brazilian Equities team in April 2013. He has over twelve years of experience in Private Equity in Brazil and the USA. Prior to this, he worked in the Private Equity group of Merrill Lynch and participated in investments in several companies totaling US$650 million. Mr. Catelli earned an MBA from Columbia University and Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at the Fundação Getúlio Vargas – SP.
Partner of Vectis Capital Solutions (former Alps Capital), Mr. Moura has over 14 years of work experience. Prior to ALPS, he was director in the Fixed Income Division at Credit Suisse from 2010 to 2016, where he was responsible for originating and executing structured fixed income and DCM transactions with Brazilian corporate clients, mainly from the agriculture, aviation, metal & mining, pulp & paper, and real estate sectors. Formerly, he worked for 5 years at Itaú BBA, where he was responsible for structuring derivatives products, fixed income assets and credit derivatives for distribution in the local and offshore markets. Mr. Moura worked with Banco Santander, BNP Paribas and Accenture. He holds a Naval Engineering degree from POLI-USP.
Prior to joining Vectis Capital Solutions (former Alps Capital), Mr. Mattos worked for 5 years at Credit Suisse in the Fixed Income Division, where he was responsible for leading the execution of structured fixed income transactions. Prior to this, he worked at JP Morgan in the Credit department, covering financial institutions in Brazil and in Latin America, and in the Investment Banking area, where he participated in several merger and acquisition and capital markets transactions. Mr. Mattos holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Faculdade de Economia de Administração da USP (FEA-USP).
Prior to joining Vectis Capital Solutions (former Alps Capital), Mr. Salonikios worked for 7 years at Banco BBM in the international liquidation and custody division in RJ and in the commercial and operations areas in NY for 7 years at the Delta National Bank of NY, structuring operations for private clients, and for 3 years Years in ItauBBA in the structuring division of products for retail customers individuals and companies. He also worked in the area of fixed income structuring at Standard Bank in London and Real Estate at Mauá Sekular. Mario holds an MBA from New York University and holds a degree in civil engineering from PUC-RJ.
Prior to joining Vectis Capital Solutions (former Alps Capital), Ms. Medeiros worked for more than 10 years in the financial and capital markets, working in investment banking, brokerage firm, fiduciary administrator and portfolio manager, as well as in first line offices. Prior to joining ALPS Capital, she worked for 4 years in the Geração Futuro Group as manager of the legal department. Product structuring area for 1.7 years at Banco Citibank as a legal expert in the securities and funds services department, and more recently by 2 years in the XP group investments as a legal manager actively serving the areas of origination and structuring of products, credit, fiduciary administration, portfolio management of structured investment funds and retail distribution. Fernanda holds a Master Business Administration - MB and a postgraduate degree in Real Estate Business from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation and holds a law degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
Mr. Rego joined Vectis Capital Solutions (former Alps Capital) in 2018. Previously, he worked for 4 years at Estáter in the Merger & Aquisition, Iliquid Invesment Management and Treasury areas. He structured M&A transactions in several sectors, including Pulp & Paper and Infrastructure. Mr. Rego holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Insper – Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa.
